A Grade

Good quality, cured, dark and oily beans with strong aroma. Very clean beans with almost no defects. Bean lengths is than 16cm long. Vacuum sealed for long shelf-life

B Grade

Good quality, cured, dark and oily beans with strong aroma. Clean beans with less defects. Bean lenghts is from 14cm to 16cm long. Vacuum sealed for long shelf-life

C grade

Extract grade, cured, brown to dark colour, light aroma. Beans contain some level of defects. Beans lenghts are between 12cm to 14cm long. Vacuum sealed for long shelf-life

We work with smallholder vanilla farmers to produce, and buy cured beans. The beans are then graded, packed and only high quality vanilla beans are export to overseas markets. 

Currently, we only do A, B and C grades, depending on specifications provided by end customers. We pack vanilla in vacuum sealed bags of 5kg and 10kg bulk to help mainstain quality for 18 months or more. Our main markets are in Australia, Singapore, USA, China and Indonesia.
