Our factory is the newest mill in Papua New Guinea. It was built in partnership with World Bank, International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) and PNG Government under Productive Partnerships in Agriculture Project (PPAP).
Our 1 ton/hr capacity factory sits on 576 square meters of land at Nadzab, Lae. Ground breaking for the factory was done on 24th October 2016. Machinery installation works started in February 2020. Commerial production started in April 2020. In July 2020, we exported our first container to Melbourne, Australia.
The factory has annual capacity of 480,000 kg green beans, and has complete machineries including 2.5 ton/day rotary dryer, destoner (pre-cleaner), combined huller/polisher, catador duster, gravity separator, graders, elevating belts and towers, electrical control systems, pipes and accessories.
Today, the mill provides market for farmers right across Morobe and regional areas like East/West New Britain, Sepik, Oro, Madang and Highlands of PNG.
