Our milling and grinding facility is 100% stainless steel, and has dedicated grinders for different types of jobs that performs both coarse and fine grinding operations. The milling capacity is 60 kg/hr or 132,000 kgs per year.
The grinding facilities can make powders from many different types of products such as coffee, dried food products, flours and powders from spices (ginger), root crops (sweetpotato, potato, taro, yam, banana), vegetables (carrot, leafies), fruits (pumpkin, tomato), and other natural products.
The milling and grinding facilities compliments or works together with our commercial drying operation (heat-pump dryer), where food items are dried and taken to the grinding mill. For coffee, the grinding facility works with our roastery to make ground coffee powders like Erap Kofi packets.
