Roasted Beans & Ground Coffee
Our coffee roastery factory is the newest and largest in Papua New Guinea. It is currently being built and is expected to commence commercial production in Mid 2024. It roasts 60 kgs every 15 mins, and annual capacity of 450,000 kgs/year. It has state-of-the-art machineries including destoner (pre-cleaner), roaster and added accessories as shown in the diagram below.
This factory manufactures and distributes high quality single-origin organic whole-roasted and ground coffee powders under the "Erap Kofi" brand which comes in three different pack sizes of 250g, 500g and 1kg.
The Erap Kofi brand is our flagship product, and can be found in major shops. We also supply cafes and restaurants for your cup of capuccino, late, flat white or long blacks to enjoy.
The “Erap Kofi” brand has been developed to depict the place of origin; pristine natural environment, rich flora and fauna; and socio-cultural diversity and lifestyle of indigenous people from the famous Sarawaget range in the Morobe Province of Papua New Guinea.
